Competition Regulations
§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The organizer of the Facebook competition (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition") is the company:
Beliani GmbH, based in Lindenstrasse 16 6341 Baar, Switzerland,
NIP: PL5263092611 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
1.2. The organizer is the founder of the award.
1.3. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the Participant to enter the Competition. Participants providing data have the right to access this data, change it or delete it.
1.4. The contest is not created, administered or sponsored by Facebook. Facebook is a registered trademark of Facebook, Inc.
1.5. The competition is run on https://www.facebook.com/beliani.co.uk (hereinafter referred to as "Fanpage") at the URL: https://www.facebook.com/beliani.co.uk
§ 2. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
2.1. The competition is open to children below the age of 12 years, with the consent of their legal guardian, but participants of the Competition may only be their legal age statutory representatives unlimited in their ability to decide about the rights and obligations of the child with full legal capacity.
2.2. Employees and associates of the Organizer may not participate in the Competition.
2.3. The participant may submit only one drawing of each child. If more than one drawing by one child is submitted in the Competition, the first submission is considered, the other entries will not take part in the Competition.
2.4. Drawings submitted by Participants must be made by the children themselves without any help.
2.5. To take part in the Competition, the Participant should:
a) during the period referred to in section. 2.7 should post a photo of the drawing and the book to which the drawing refers in the comment under the Competition post,
b) the content should contain the name of the child who is the author of the Drawing, his age,
2.6. Application forms containing incomplete data, including those without an attachment in drawing form or incorrectly completed or not meeting the requirements of the Regulations do not take part in the Competition
2.7. The competition runs from 04.04.2022 to 11.04.2022 hours. 23:59, while the winner will be announced on 12.04.2022.
2.8. The organizer is not responsible for the temporary or permanent blocking of the Facebook page or application.
§ 3. AWARD
3.1. The prize in the Competition is one of the children's pouffes selected by the winner from the following:
- UNICORN: https://www.beliani.co.uk/fabric-stool-white-unicorn.html,
- TRICERATOPS light grey: https://www.beliani.co.uk/fabric-storage-stool-light-grey-triceratops.html,
- JUMBO: https://www.beliani.co.uk/faux-leather-storage-animal-stool-grey-jumbo.html,
- ALPACA white: https://www.beliani.co.uk/cotton-storage-stool-white-alpaca.html,
- COW black and white: https://www.beliani.co.uk/fabric-storage-stool-black-and-white-cow.html
3.2. The Winners are not entitled to exchange the prize for cash or any other type of prize.
3.3 The Winner may waive the prize, but will not be entitled to a cash equivalent or any other prize in return.
§ 4. PRINCIPLES OF AWARDING PRIZES
4.1. 1 Winner is selected for the Competition.
4.2. The prizes in the Competition are awarded within the time limit specified in sec. 2.7 of the Regulations
4.3. The Competition winners are selected by reactions under the comment with the Competition Drawing - the comment with the most reactions ( likes and comments - that's why the terms say that the comments such as dots will not be counted) wins.
4.4. The Competition winners will be notified of the winning and the Prize collection terms via a private message sent to the profile from which the Participant sent the Competition Drawing
4.5. To the message informing about the victory, the Organizer asks for the data necessary to send the Prize in the form of a reply message.
4.6. The Prizes will be delivered to the Winners at the Organizer’s expense by postage delivered within the United Kingdom.
4.7. To deliver the Prizes, the Winner should return the address and telephone number of the recipient of the prize within 7 days from the date of receiving the notification of the prize.
4.8. In the event of failure to meet the above-mentioned deadline, the prize will not be sent.
4.9. The Organizer has the right to provide the Winner's details at https://www.facebook.com/beliani.co.uk and on Fanpage.
4.10. The prize will be sent to the address indicated by the Winner within 30 days from the date of sending the address details.
4.11. The Organizer is not responsible for the inability to transfer the prize for reasons attributable to the Participant, and in particular in the event of failure to provide or incorrect data of the Participant, about which he was not informed. In this case, the prize is forfeited.
4.12. In the event of detecting activities inconsistent with the Regulations, attempts to influence the selection of the Winner unlawfully, in particular by setting up fictitious private profiles on Facebook, the given Participant may be excluded from the Competition.
§ 5. COMPLAINTS
5.1. Any complaints regarding the manner of conducting the Competition should be submitted by the Participants in writing during the Competition, but not later than within 14 days from the date of the Prizes.
5.2. A written complaint should contain the name, surname, exact address of the Participant and a detailed description and justification of the complaint. The complaint should be submitted in writing or the form of an e-mail to the address of the Organizer.
5.3. Complaints will be considered in writing within 30 days.
§ 6. FINAL PROVISIONS
6.1. The prizes to which the participants lost their rights for the reasons specified in these regulations remain at the disposal of the Organizer.
6.2. Disputes related to and arising from the Competition will be resolved by a common court competent for the seat of the Organizer.
6.3. The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the Competition
during its duration. Information about the changes will be posted on the Fanpage.
